Ground Rules

The ground rules make up things we don't want to see at Gibraltar Tester Gathering. They can always be updated, if the group decides on the updates:

  • No selling (e.g. of tools)
  • No pitching (e.g. of roles)
  • No poaching (of gatherers from other organisations)
  • No moaning/whinging/bitching about your organisation
  • No very deep technical topics - if topic is technical, it needs to be presented in layman's terms
  • There's no wrong opinion
  • No topic is off the table
  • No talking over presenters
  • Talks do not need to be highly polished
